Ju Won Park is an Assistant Professor in the School of Public Affairs at the University of Utah. 

My research focuses on public management, organizational behavior, and human resource management, with particular emphasis on how organizational practices shape employee attitudes, performance, and equity in public sector organizations. I am currently focused on researching ways to optimize telework in order to promote gender and work-life equality.

Prior to attending UGA, I worked as a junior HR consultant at Mercer. This is where I learned how to apply the principles and lessons of management to real life. My awareness of the gap between theory and practice fueled my interest in management research and my ambition to become a professor who can offer practical theory-building strategies to those in management positions.
