I am a doctoral candidate in Public Administration and Policy at the University of Georgia (UGA) and expect to graduate in May 2024.

My overall research agenda lies at the intersection of public management, organizational behavior, and human resource management. I am primarily interested in how technological advancement in HR and changing workplace dynamics influence employee attitudes, performance and intra-organizational equity. I am currently focused on researching ways to optimize telework in order to promote gender and work-life equality.

Prior to attending UGA, I worked as a junior HR consultant at Mercer. This is where I learned how to apply the principles and lessons of management to real life. My awareness of the gap between theory and practice fueled my interest in management research and my ambition to become a professor who can offer practical theory-building strategies to those in management positions.
